Frequently asked questions

We hate leaving you in the dark so below we have provided answers to some of the most common questions our patients ask. If you have another question or you would like to discuss anything further please don't hesitate to get in touch, we're here to help!

Are you accepting new patients?

We are always happy to take on new patients.

How do I make an appointment?

If you are local, you are welcome to drop in and book an appointment at our reception. You can also call us on 01427 615117 and book over the phone.

Are you an NHS or private dental practice?

At the Forum we pride ourselves on high quality dental treatment, of which certain materials cannot be found with any NHS provider. At the Forum we offer a wide range of private treatments covering all aspects of dental care.

We do though offer a smaller NHS service for oral surgery on referral only. Fees for this are set by the Department of Health and will be the same with every NHS dentist. The NHS does not provide any cosmetic treatments including white fillings, bleaching and certain types of crowns. Check ups and gum treatments are bound by certain criteria.

We also hold an NHS contract for specialist treatments on referral only.

If you are a private patient, feel free to call our reception if you have experiencing any pain.

Can I park at the practice?

Yes. We have plenty of spaces for all patients to park on site.
