Following our Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection on the 6th of March.
We are delighted to announce that we received an excellent report which found we met the required standard in all of the following areas:
- Respecting and involving people who use services
- Care and welfare of people who use services
- Cleanliness and infection control
- Supporting workers
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision
The CQC are the independent regulators of all health and social care services in England, and their job is to make sure that care provided by hospitals, dentists, ambulances and care homes meet the national standard of quality and safety.
When our report gets published on the CQC website we will provide a link, as well as a copy of the report within the practice, so that anyone interested can read it in full.
