How do I make an appointment?

If you are local, you are welcome to drop in and book an appointment at our reception. You can also call us on 01427 615117 and book over the phone.

Are you an NHS or private dental practice?

At the Forum we are  a private clinic who pride ourselves on high quality dental services which are not all available on the NHS. At the Forum we offer a wide range of private treatments covering all aspects of dental care.

We do have an NHS contract for childrens general dental care for which we reserve spaces for the children of a regular attending private adult patients.

We do though offer an NHS service on referral for minor oral surgery and childrens orthodontics. Fees for this are set by NHS England and will be the same with every NHS provider.

  • Prevention of dental disease
  • Early identification of disease and timely treatment

  • Increasing self esteem and confidence

I am a nervous patient, how will I made to feel comfortable at The Forum?

Our friendly and welcoming staff will do all they can to help you to feel at ease during your experience. If you are particularly nervous then you can tell us when you book your appointment and we will let the dentist know beforehand.

What is the practice policy on late cancellation or failure to attend fees?

If appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, or missed entirely without prior notice, the practice may apply a charge to cover the lose time of the appointment (this is typically calculated at £1 per minute). Patients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments may lose their place at the practice.
