Denplan is the UK’s leading dental payment plan specialist with over 6,500 dentists and approximately 1.8 million patients across the UK.
So how does Denplan work?
It is very simple, you pay a monthly fee and we maintain your teeth to the best standard that modern dentistry can achieve. The only additional charges would be for lab fees, prescriptions, and specialist services. It becomes our duty to measure and monitor you dental health, and we will keep you well informed about the progress we have made together!
How much do I pay?
This depends on the current well being of your oral health. Please follow this link for all the latest Denplan costs.
Can my fees change?
The amount you pay is dependent on our dentist’s evaluation of your oral health and the amount of treatment you need. Your fee will reflect the amount of time our dentist and the dental team spend with you. If your oral health changes, this will be reflected in your fee.
If my dentist sets my fees, what is Denplan’s role?
Denplan collects your payments and forwards them directly to your dental practice, reducing paperwork and administration, leaving our dentist and his team free to give you the best possible care. And that’s not all – Denplan also arranges Supplementary Insurance and provides a 24-Hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline, to help you in case you suffer a dental injury or dental emergency away from home, and a Customer Adviser team to help you with any enquiries about your Denplan membership.
Why do I pay extra for specialist treatment?
Should our dentist refer you to a specialist for treatment, such as orthodontics or oral surgery, it would be chargeable as our dentist is not providing the service. Your contract is with your registered Denplan dentist, and it’s that dentist who is being paid to carry out your continuing care. As specialist treatment is not part of your regular treatments and appointments, it’s not included in your Denplan fee.
