Adrian Burnett is the Business Manager at The Forum Dental Studio and Scunthorpe Orthodontics and has worked in senior management for over 30 years. He completed his master’s in business administration (MBA) at Huddersfield University and has since worked in numerous companies as a management consultant. During this time, he became a qualified PRINCE 2 practitioner which expanded his ability to manage new projects effectively and efficiently, especially during his time within the NHS.
He has worked as a Deputy Chief Executive for a large training company with 98 locations across the country delivering courses for the University of Lincoln. As part of this role, he also wrote three university texts and worked part time as a lecturer delivering training in communications and information technology.
Adrian previously worked as the business development manager for Bassetlaw Primary Care Trust, focusing on process re-engineering, and was named the LEAN thinking champion, alongside being the leader for the Productive Community Services program.
In 2010, he joined the Forum team, and he has been with us ever since. His role is to overview the day to day running of the practice, identifying new opportunities, working with the NHS, and ensuring our practice runs as safely and efficiently as possible.
He is also our IT specialist, ensuring all of the practice computers are maintained, upgraded and repaired whenever required.
In his spare time, Adrian likes to play the guitar and spend time with his family.
